Using the website and tools
The calculators and checklists run in your browser. Their inputs are not submitted to a server or saved by the tools. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in tool fields.
The hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily receives technical information such as your IP address and the requested page when serving the site. We do not enable analytics or advertising trackers on this site at launch. See cookies and local storage for the preference stored in your browser.
Contact messages
If you email us, your email provider and our email provider process the correspondence. If the form is enabled, it collects your name, email address, optional subject and message, plus confirmation that you have read this notice. Cloudflare processes the request and any Turnstile anti-abuse check; accepted messages are forwarded through the site's mail service. The form does not create a public post or a subscriber account.
We use contact details to respond and address the issue raised, relying on our legitimate interests in handling correspondence and protecting the service from abuse. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not permission for marketing.
Our retention policy is to delete routine correspondence within 12 months, unless it remains necessary for an unresolved matter or a legal obligation. Do not include payment details, passwords or medical records. We do not use contact messages for a mailing list.
Your choices and questions
Contact the address above to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion. We may need proportionate information to identify the relevant correspondence. Rights can depend on circumstances; the ICO explains deletion rights and provides a route for complaints. Checked 25 October 2026.
